Olga is delighted to announce Taneyev Study Day celebrating composer's 160th anniversary. It will take place at the Royal Northern College of Music on the 7th of November 2016, 1:00pm - 8:00pm. The programme includes lectures, workshop, masterclass and an evening concert.

All are welcome, no ticket required.

Olga participated in An Interdisciplinary Symposium - Virtuosity in Liszt Academy of Music (Budapest, Hungary), doing presentation on Taneyev's contrapuntal exerises: Guidance fro pianists in improving their virtuosity.

A piano soloist who recognises and honours concerto music-making with an orchestra and its conductor as a team operation. She is intent on being a contributor and balancing her presence with that of everybody else. In observing and co-ordinating with her fellow musicians, she seems to spend as much time looking away from the piano keys as at them. And, more than average among soloists, she is interested in the power of pianissimo.
